Cartos giving me little to zero taste? Any suggestions to fix this??

I just bought a carto tank from IBTanked. I am using 2.0 ohm Smok 2 hole laser punched cartos. I am using a 30/70 pg/vg juice. I have very little experience with cartos but I do believe I got it primed well before using it. It gives great vapor and no burnt taste but the flavor is really bland. Could anyone help me? I'm desperate..

What are the best prepunched cartos for high VG juice?

A provari eh? Well that's above my pay grade. The most advanced battery I've laid hands on is my vision spinner. I'll toss out some other things I have figured out as far as taste goes since I just got my Phiniac tank today. Flavor for me varies from tank to tank (I'm thinking this has something to do with how well they seal) even with the same carto, juice, and battery. The flavor is also more intense on my vision battery set at 4V than on my joytech pass-thru at about 4-4.1V (same juice, tank & carto). Again I'm no expert and I'm still figuring out the complexities of this hobby, just thought I'd share my experience since you said you were desperate. Good luck.

I've never had this problem. How did you prime your cartomizer? I'm actually using the same cartomizers right now...puff puff... is it the first time you used that liquid?

Honestly smoktek will be your best option...but ikenvape is actually instock right now..but you didn't hear that from me..Due to availability of ikenvape, I pretty much stick to smoktek, but I will getting on that tip today. I've had too many problems with Boge. The filler is way too compact for a lot of people. Ikenvape is the middle ground in compactness between smoktek and boge.

    2 possibilities

1 is you are not priming the carto well enough. Look at all the you-tube videos, again, then again. A poorly primed carto can lead to ruining the carto on the first vape.

2 is vapors tongue. Some days nothing tastes good. I have vaped a carto tank on my Provari all day, went to bed, got up showered etc, then tried to vape the same tank, and it was just muted and bad. We can get so used to a flavor that we start to lose the ability to taste it as well.

Mouthwash, tongue brushing, mouth rinse help, sometimes. Changing flavors/tanks helps, sometimes.
    Some days, nothing tastes good.

Another thought. How much vapor are you putting out? A decent amount or barely at all?

I also use IBTanked tanks on a Provari Mini. I get clouds of vapor.

One possibility is, you have the tank pushed down flush onto the Provari and you are not getting enough air to the carto. The IBTanked tanks have flat end caps, and when pushed down tight onto the Provari, which also has a flat top, it creates a seal and no air gets into the bottom of the carto. What i do is cheat the tank up the carto a smidge, I mean, a paper width, and that allows enough air to get into the carto. Big clouds, better flavor.

I started on a low voltage and worked my way up. I have switched to a new flavor and it is noticeably better but not as good as a protank 2. It doesnt seem like IKENVAPE has any standard sizes in stock. I did find three hole cartos at Welcome to Hoosier E-Cig - The Best E-cigs, Juices, and accesories so I'll be ordering some of those after this thread fades away. Don't want to order before I hear what everyone had to say.

smoktek.com...if you're going to get smoktek. With cartomizer extras, the more, the merrier. With your liquid, I wouldn't recommend boge.

How did you prime your cartomizer?

I primed it by putting juice around the rim and letting is soak in. When it got to the point where it was soaking in slow I blow into the carto and force the juice in and repeat until it is coming out the punched holes. Then I take the needle point BARELY stick it in the holes and and squeeze in a little more juice. Then I put it in the tank, fill the tank up and put a few more drops on top before setting on the drip tip. Then I let the tank sit for 30 minutes and call it good.

I just tried the Boge slotted for a juice I like that doesn't seem to wick well (I usually use SR Boge laser punched -2 hole). It's 50/50 but just seems thicker than most 50/50 juices. The slotted was almost too much... it floods really easy. I think they would work great though for higher vg juices.
