I use mostly Atty's to vape with because of the pics below of a carto, after only 2 hours of use and how the inside inner coil wire burns the inner blanket that wraps the coil or heating element, and we all vape that crap. So after looking at the inside of this carto on my desk for 2 days and thinking how could we improve them I wanted to know what some other members thought about this idea I have.
The inner blankets always burn always, and with some cartos more then the inner blanket, the pictured carto below is a Smoktech Dual Coil Carto as an example ( 2 hours of use, and yes it was kept wet ). Since SS Mesh has been becoming more and more popular and we all know the flavor is super what would happen if we made the inner tube from a piece of pre-oxidized SS Mesh and wrapped the inner coil with a piece of pre-oxidized SS Mesh ? then we wrapped the rest of it with the same filler they are using now. Like to hear some input on this idea and what some of you think, it's just a thought and I'm curious and may even make one up today or tomorrow myself to see how it works, but I would like to hear some of your thoughts on using the SS Mesh as the inner tube & wrap for the coil.
It would be nice if we could get a vendor to have there Chinese manufacturer experiment a little bit in there R&D Dept with this idea too.
