I'm using a 6ml tank system found here.
Tank - SmokTech - 510 Dual Coil - 6mL - ECBlend

I'm also using a kgo vv at around 6 volts for a dual coil 3 ohm smoke tech cartos. I used it for about a month before it went out! I was so shocked i ordered five more 3 ohm cartos and also 2 bosh cartos single coil 3ohm at around 4.5 volts. After the smoketech carto went out, I used a bosh for about a month also.

Long story short I replaced it and now the cartos and it keep flooding. I'm getting the "gurgling" and some e liq in my mouth when hitting it slowly. Any ideas?

Things i have done to make sure it doesn't flood.
-Made sure it doesn't have any air leaks.
-Filled it properly.
-Made sure the air vents are all clear.

I've been using 70/30 ec blends e liq if that has any relevance.

Blow the tank out into a tissue & clean the area where it screws into the battery with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol AND clean the battery well area where juice leaked from the carto. Each time it gurgles, clean it out until it stops. I have some DC tanks that were leaking and they have finally stopped. It may have been operator error on my part.

I second Lisancentraltx's comment. Also, not all cartos have the same diameter hole or holes.. I've gotten several 6ml tanks from China that have 2 slots big enough to drive a err.. well, they are big for a vapor.. You might want to find a brand of cartos that have either 1 or 2 small diameter holes, or use more VG as that is thicker..

Mr. Cho,
The same thing happened to me! I had a couple Smoktechs last a really long time then the next one wouldn't stop flooding. I tried this:

gently pry the top of the tank up until air bubbles come out the holes when you fill. I don't know how universal it is but my more experienced friend told me this was the key and so that's what I do after I fill. I do this a couple times until the carto starts dripping. Then I blot it until no more liquid is coming out and it seems to work.

That being said I had a couple that I could do nothing with. Eventually, after much frustration and even going back to my poor little 808 and cartomizer, I just chucked them and started fresh. They now only seem to last me a week-10 days but I can live with that.
