Long story short, my first order was all 24mg carts, and tho I love the flavor, the kick was a little too harsh for my liking. After some trial and error and other users posts, I decided to drain my carts, collect the juice, and cut it with glycerin to remove the kick. It worked out great for my peanut butter cup, so when I did it with my menthol carts, I took pictures so I can help any other users on here who may have the same situation I was in.
First step is to hit up your local hobby lobby and go to the paints, and look for Flo-Line dropper bottles (they come in a pack of 3 with small metal tips for detail painting). The 3 pack only costs like 2 bux or so, and these are the bottles I use for custom juices and cutting liquid. The bottles are 1/2 oz.
Once you have your bottles, time to set up...
Next, take the end caps off the carts, and the white cap at the mouthpiece (if you arent using prem. carts, also remove the plastic washer inside as well), also open the bottle, and use some needle nose pliers to pry off the dropper top of the bottle. You should have a set up like this:
take the first cart, turn it upside down, and shove it in the bottle... its the perfect size and wedges in there and stops like so:
now you can do one of two things, find a long baggie or something that the bottle is upright (first attempt was a real long skinny zip bag I had (pictured)) but the second idea I had that worked better was tie fishing line around the bottle neck below the threads...
now... spin.... spin.... SPIN!!!! and turn that thing into a propeller... the juice will fly out of the cart and into the bottle... heres the liquid I got from ONE cart...
repeat the steps for the following carts, turn upside down, and spin like a crazy person... after 5 carts you should end up with about this much juice.. (I went through the 5 carts, then repeated all 5 again to try to get every last drop from em)
now, you have 5 empty carts (mostly empty, if you want them fully clean, go ahead and boil em if you want to keep the juice and use other flavors in the carts), and a bottle with about 1/8th oz of beautiful juice! Head down to your local walmart and pick up a bottle of glycerin. Depending how much you want to cut them is now personal preference, but my carts were 24mg, and I chose to cut it in half with glycerin..

now put the dropper top back on, cap it, and shake it up to mix... and you should end up with about 1/4 oz of cut juice... still tastes good, but drops that kick down to where I like it.
there you go! you've drained your carts and doubled your juice!
