One of the best places IMO for cartos is: Cartomizers - DiscountVapers.com because he carries lots of different brands & sizes (don't order the GoGo's, those won't work with your batts!) all at great prices.

I believe your Joye eGo batt is 3.4 or 3.7v, so the LR cartos would work, but not last as long as SR cartos. Dual coils, I believe, are considered LR. All cartos are disposable though, as mentioned previously, so I personally don't worry about that too much. I keep a large amount on hand, and buy as needed, and it's still cheaper than analogs. :D

Good luck with your journey!

why do you carry carts instead of just carrying a 3-5mL dropper and you can just drop (i guess personal opinion but dropping gives a better taste to me)

For me, dripping is fine for tasting and on occasion, but I appreciate, what is for me, the convenience of filling a carto or tank and being done with it. You can't (or shouldn't really) drip & drive, for example, and it would be really inconvenient to drip at my desk at work, or at a club/bar. So for me, it's easiest, and nearly as tasty (tasty enough!) to get the right kind of carto/batt combo and take it almost anywhere, any time. (NOTE there is a difference between carts and cartos - carts/cartridges attach to an atty, and cartos/cartomizers are self-contained and do not need an atty as it is built into the carto).

I hope this helps!
