So my rundown on E liquid is this:

Totally Wicked = great flavors, great vapor , great throat hit , good price 30ml $30.00 worth the price fast shipping this has become my favorite smoking liquid uk site has more flavors then US and I must say they have the best labels out there with all the ingredients warnings and labels glass bottles and glass droppers if they can package it like this and still keep it at $1.00 pr ml what are the other guys doing.

Janty liquid = very good, strong flavors, good vapor, great throat hit, above average price 10ml for $11.00 but worth it, and fast shipping but think Jeff should get more flavors like at Janty shop UK. And get better labeling.

E smoky treats = very nice, good flavor, good vapor, good throat hit, fast shipping great price 15ml for $10.00. Limited supply and flavors and good labels.

Pure smoker = I only have a ½ bottle of 50ml Coke someone gave me because they didn’t like it. I have tried Janty coke and liked it so I took it. Flavor was a little sweeter and heaver* then the Janty but it’s ok. good vapor, ok throat hit above average price again 10ml for $11.00 nice label

Vapor4life = bottom of my list for now I hate to do this because the grapefruit had such great flavor and Steve seems to be so passionate about e smoking but I found the liquid to be lacking. Only one out of four flavors I ordered had any flavor at all and that was the grapefruit the others were Pipe, Virginia and Peach. He has a great web site lot of liquid “flavors”? Too choose from vapor is good but heavy*, no throat hit, great price 20ml for $12.50 nice label
I don’t understand all the hype over the Vapor king I can’t see paying $2.50 a cart and the hassle of trying to refill one.

*HEAVY---hard to explain the vapor just seems to leave a bad after taste…

Here's what I've found, I have 3 different 3 piece cigs, I've found the refilling is actually EASIER on the two piece, you simply drip into the battery connection side of the cart, it sucks right in, on a dry cart I can drip almost 20 drops, which on a heavy vaping day can last for several hours before I top off. The $2.50 includes your atomizer, no more worries about atomizer degradation that's experienced with the 3 piece setups. I've been vaping the VK for about a week and have only rotated between 2 atomizers thus far, they still both work like champs. Performance beats any three piece I've tried as well, not to mention you can switch flavors instantly, no residual... it's a really winner in my book and I'm truly feeling that this will be my daily driver for some time to come.

What's up.Any one knows what are those carts with W marking? Those carts have no taste what so ever, but have i nice throat hit and vapor.

Gotta agree with you here. I ordered two of the "Vapor King Mboro Cartomizers (Box of 5)" found here http://store.vapor4life.com/product_p/vk-marlboro.htm and I hate them. While the vapor production is excellent, the flavor during/after a drag is almost tasteless and I can only describe the aftertaste to be ... well ... YUCK. I think Steve got screwed with this batch of these.

I quite like the white ones marked Marl (these were 11mg from the starter kit). Red Cow is nice and juicy to me, Coffee tastes like black coffee, Mint tastes Double Mint Gum. (I'm not a huge mint or menthol, but these Mint cartomizers are amazingly good and are steadily becoming a personal favorite.)

I'm also quite impressed with the Vapor King overall. Batteries are lasting a long time. Carts are lasting a long time (without refill); 7 times longer than my 103s, 6 times longer than my 4081s, and 4 times longer than my 901s. Still testing/researching (on this forum) ways to get the same quality after refills, but the vapor production on un-refilled cart is simply amazing.

Kudos goes to Steve on bringing this product to us. Thanks

I also have these W or M carts and I can't stand the flavor. I can't even use them to be able refill them; they even make me a little sick feeling. Even the coffee carts are having a strange taste/aftertaste. At least if I manage to use enough to add a little virginia liquid, it helps. I am not getting very much vapor and the vapor is inconsistant, even on the new carts and fresh batteries.

I bought some Wilton glycerine and Lorann flavor to try to help the flavor and vapor. I mixed a little up and tried to refill through the hole in the bottom, but it ran right through. What little did stay seemed to help the flavor. I have read about cleaning carts and restuffing carts, but none seem to be about doing this to VK's or DPV9 styles.

I am real new to all of this and any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated and is greatly needed. Thank you!

I used up all my Mbaro and really like it. All the posts across the forum shows the difference in tastes. Guess that is why there are so many cigarette brands. People swear by thier preferred ones. I am still only into tobacco type flavors and I liked the VK flavor of Hilton too. The 555's really did remind me of smoking a british cigarette several years ago. Not to my taste though. I think what one person does'nt like is just hard to compare when it comes to juices. TW seems thick to me but depending on the batch, I am becoming partial to Johnson Creek's TN Cured. So go figure? None have been "bad" though. Right now I just want to stay supplied, so I am keeping an eye for who has stock!

On the other post regarding re-filling; I have used VK for about 60 days as my ONLY e-cig. 10 drops and I am refilled and i am still using the same 30 carts I recieved over that period. They are pretty simple to refill, and the caps are handy to keep them from leaking if you carry them around. Easier than a cig! Plus I am sitting in my home office vaping instead of stepping outside!

Roadmaster,

I agree about personal tastes and flavors; these really have a horrid taste like something is wrong with them. The white ones are better. Are yours white or a maroon-purple color?

Also, do you have any tips on getting more vapor or what I'm doing wrong that is causing the little to no vapor issue? I'd appreciate any help you could offer.

Also, since you are on the lookout for carts and liquid, Eastmall.net got Vaporello's stock. I really like their carts; I've tried Marlboro and mint. They fit my black VK perfectly and he seems to have several flavors in stock. They are $10 for 5 but the strongest strength is 16mg. He's also having a liquid sale that is 7 20ml bottles for $50 or 15 for $100. I haven't tried their liquid yet, but am going to order. Just FYI as a thank you for your help.

Gingerbread,
Thanks for the heads up on the eastmallnet. But can you get them from overseas? Customs and all...

My Mbaro's were white and then brown (possibly purple-ish?) I did a cart or two that seemed different, one was empty completely, but I don't think problems like that are just one manufacturer. I think they have less QC issues than many I read about. I don't recall a difference though. But most of my experience has been with the liquid. I have been re-filling for quite some time. The Liquid tastes good to me. One bottle seemed a little lighter on taste than the other, but not too bad.

On vapor, since I am refilling, I don't seem to have too much difference on volume. There is a diffference from the first batteries and the newer ones. It was strange to me for awhile, but I hardly notice it anymore. Now I can't decide if I like the older or new one better! Maybe I am just getting used to how it works? Practice makes perfect! Lol, an excuse to have another vape! But so far, I agree with Steve, these seem best available to me and I did months of research first! I don't think any of this is near perfect yet.

All the best,
Gregg

I'll check them, maybe they're empty or not filled enough.

Also, I had no prblems with customs from Vaporello. Eastmall should also be fine; ordering today, so I'll let you know. Did a side by side comparison of VK Mar'boro and DPV9's with my brother and nephew. We all preferred DPV9. DPV fits VK battery, also. I do think these type e-cigs are best.

Just FYI.

I got Marlboro 16mg cartomizers from another supplier (btw, think I've found like 6 supplier's for VK/KR808D-1 cartomizers) and these cartomizers are much, much better. They are much closer to the White 11mg I got in the starter kit.

I thought it could be nicotine dosage level that changed the taste but the supplier also sent me a 36mg of the Marlboro (for free) to try and it tasted like the 11mg/16mg, not like the 24mg I got from V4L. It also put me on my ... after 5 big drags. ;):)

Steve definitely got a bad batch of Marlboro from the distributor/manufacturer. This is just a Quality Control issue at the manufacturer level.

Which supplier or suppliers did you use? I would really like to know, so I can order. Thanks:)

guys, i could be wrong on this,, but i read in another thread somewhere that the "W" is actually a chinese "M". Hence, the "W" still stands for Mboro... anyone know if there is any truth to this? or is that just BS? In regards to any of you that had an aftertaste from these, what would you describe it as? I find it to have a sort of sweet, artificial aftertaste,,, almost like what you would taste after consuming something that's sugarfree, or sweetened with nutrasweet, or splenda etc... anyone else care to describe?

I believe the 'W' represents Watermelon, and the 'M' represent Marlboro.

I had both in my starter kit, and found there was no taste at all in the Watermelon, and the Marlboro felt harsh, but then again, I haven't liked the tobacco flavors since I've started vaping.

I truly believe like one of the posters above that this may have been a bad batch.

I also received replacements of an order with something I probably won't use.

As far as Steve being MIA, I certainly hope that he is well, but his absence leads me to believe otherwise.

Mark's absence in Steve's behalf is another matter.
