We Won?!? that was not expected"Our representatives ACTUALLY got something right for a change!?!? Complete and utter shock..." haha yes it is.
We won in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Because the sponsor is the Majority Leader of the Senate, that means it can fly through the Senate. We don't know what will happen in the House, but we're going to update our CTA to note that we support the Substitute Bill that got through the Senate Judiciary Committee.

CASAA is not entirely clear as to whether the American Cancer Society and like-minded ANTZ groups are still trying to kill this (now) reasonable ban on the sale of e-cigarettes to minors.
