Check this post from rolygate, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/advocates-updates-usa/567740-action-alert-omb-oira-today.html.
It seems you have to add to the omb-oira e-mail subject line and resubmit your email.

That's included in Julie/CASAA's CTA:

"The next step is to take a copy of your letter and copy it into an email to oira_submission@omb.eop.gov

The subject line of the email should be: FDA Proposed Regulations Deeming tobacco Products, Agency Docket No. FDA-2014-N-0189; RIN: 0910-AG38."

... and:

"Please ensure that the title of your letter from Part I remains in the body of your email:
Re: The Food and Drug Administration Deems tobacco Products To Be Subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as Amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and tobacco Control Act; Regulations Restricting the Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products and Required Warnings for Tobacco Product Packages and Advertisements."

Kent, here is the subject line I copied earlier this afternoon from the CASAA CTA:

Comment on Paperwork Reduction Act in Connection with FDA Proposed Regulations Deeming Tobacco Products.

Here is the line from the second email I submitted, both were copied from section IIb:

FDA Proposed Regulations Deeming Tobacco Products, Agency Docket No. FDA-2014-N-0189; RIN: 0910-AG38.

Anyone who copied the subject line from the CTA will have it wrong as it was changed today per roly's post.

Oops...

My subject line reads: Comment on Paperwork Reduction Act in Connection with FDA Proposed Regulations Deeming Tobacco Products.

So I have to resend it to the same email address with this subject line?

FDA Proposed Regulations Deeming Tobacco Products, Agency Docket No. FDA-2014-N-0189; RIN: 0910-AG38.

Help!

:)

This is the updated version. Mine read "Comment on Paperwork Reduction Act in Connection with FDA Proposed Regulations Deeming Tobacco Products" only.

I wonder how many early submitters will get the message and resend the email in time...

Re-sent email
Talk about last minute changes

Whew!!

I know, I just posted this

Slightly OT:

If you emailed a comment to OMB please read the last paragraph in rolygates post here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/advocates-updates-usa/567740-action-alert-omb-oira-today.html , you may need to resend it by 12pm tonight.

In the top 4 comments here and in the legislature forum. Hope it catches most of those active enough to have sent an email.

Can you change the banner or get someone else who can?
