Catapult RBA not making connection with Smok Magneto

I've seen this asked before but can't find the answers. Maybe someone else has it saved and can copy the convo. But it's just my Catapillar. All else work

The smok Magneto may be the problem. It does not seen like it is floating correctly , meaning if I flip it upside down, I hear it move, not floating
