Wow that's a real bummer to hear....
I JUST ordered 20 of them ( I think I have 7 REO's now)
I was really hoping they were the bees knees.
Oh well.

As previously posted, there's nothing wrong with the bottle, only how it's prepared, I've got a bunch of them (it's all I use, and I exclusively Squonk) in a bunch of mods, and I don't have so much as a single drop of leakage.
You have to drill a hole in the top cap, the size of the hole is dependent on the OD of your tube (I've seen three different OD tubing), if you do it correctly, it won't leak

The Lancias showed up today and are beautiful with very tight caps but they shipped them with the plastic tube I will be able to ship them tomorrow with the clear plastic tube as well as the ss tube. I Have an email into my supplier about glass tubes. So in a word if you are ok with a polycarbonate tube by all means send away. I will have glass tubes if I have to have them made.

2 weeks til CH gets Derringers, so I'm expecting to get mine within a month or so I'm guessing, roundabout...oh man...I'm so excited. Thanks again for what you do CH. I've wanted a Derringer since I first read about them. You're amazing for BF'ing attys, so greatly appreciated brother.

I'm fine waiting, as I'm already waiting on Derringer #2.

Wrong Pda... That would be the 22mm variety. This is the 14mm.
