Cyclone issues

So I picked up a Vicious Ant Cyclone after the other thread. I just bought the atty, not the AFC cap. I built a few builds for it, but thus far, it will not fire on my REO.

Refresh my memory, was your's mechanical or VV?

I have a mechanical Grand and mechanical mini 2.1.

I am no newb to rebuilding. I measured the resistance of my last build at 1.7 ohms. The Cyclone will not fire on either of my REOs, nor my MVP 2
