Tom, are we still probably at least a week out on Derringers? My Derringer money is burning a hole in my pocket... if you think I'll need to pony up before Friday 2/27, I'll refrain from depleting my PP account.

Yeah my PayPal has a balance and I'm getting antsy on spending it. But that Derringer, man is it worth the wait. I have a clone already that I stuck a CH Rogue center post in and its awesome. But I can't wait for the authentic with Tom's major gaping Sqounk hole!

2/27 should be the day... I paid for the first 75 today, I will hear about the second 50-100 on Monday. praxis's distributor is limiting purchases to 75 Derringers per company, I'm getting creative to get us what we need.

In other news the Lancia finally shipped out to Spectrum today, he will have it Monday. I have confidence in spectrum.

I have a Spectrum blue for a K4 and it's pretty dark and for me a bit hard to see where I am with juice level. Your eyes maybe better, I also have an aqua, better, and an amber, clearest, and red on a couple of Lemo Drops. Good on those, easier to see design. Just as i see it. 
The blue and green tubes are coming from Fasttech and on the slow boat from China I might add. When they come in I will evaluate and advise.

Once Spectrum has had a chance to look over the Lancia and try a few options I will ask him about color availability.
I invite anyone with a Derringer to try this build. I've tried a ton of different builds over the last two days all with dual coils of single/2 twisted/3 twisted and of various AWG sizes. And I settled on the build that I had had in it for weeks for the best performance and flavor.
(2) 4/5 wraps of 2 strands of 30AWG Kanthal twisted nice and tight around a 2.4mm bit. 2.5mm was too much lol. at 2.4mm ID, the resistance is right at 0.49/0.5 Ohms. Exceptional heat up time, very little heat retention, and spectacular flavor. T pic with the airflow ring shows how I place mine, and I have the 2 holes straddling the coil open with the top cap.
