Wow - haven't checked this thread out in a little while and the place goes nuts with the Derringer.
I'm happy to have my Derringer on hold for the third run so someone can get their first if this is still a thing. If it's "locked", I'll play by whatever rules are in play.

Yes... and no. They're much better in terms of usage life and ease of use.
Yes... I use 3 different brands. MIP/Thorpe, EDS and Hudy. EDS and Hudy both have the option of replacing the tips. All 3 are the top 3 brands and should last a life time if not abused.

Poppycock! Ask Yinsen how many how many attys I have sent him. Yinsen also hails from Australia. Ther is no excuse to vape substandard gear just because you don't live in the US. I fill out customs forms nearly everyday, I would gladly fill one out at your behest.
Let me try to simplify how the derringer2 and Derringer3 runs are going to work. The 54 people that have remained on the D2 list and opted to get their Derringers now will get theirs. The remaining folks on the list will go to the top of the D3 list which I'm going to cap at 100 derringers but take alternates for 25 more. When the time comes to order if I can get more than 100 I will start with the alternates.
I have spoken again to Brett (co-owner and face of Praxis) and he confirmed what my distributor said: run2 or Derringer v1.2 was a supplemental run for attys only. Run3 (late March) will be a full run much like the first with a full line of accessories. I asked point blank "are the Delrin caps and tips being discontinued?" His response was "absolutely not". Praxis lost a lot of sales on the first run due to the limited release, this run was to capture as many as possible that missed the first run.

I find everything nearly identical to Hudy. Differences in the drivers are that the eds comes with the caps on the handles and the grip is cut with a sharper edge on the hudys.

well the problem there is ,,the mail here is ungodly slow ,take 4 weeks or more to get to me once it lands in the philippines thats provided it doesn't just disappear,,besides i will be back in the states in 5 weeks ,i can wait that long no problem !!

A couple of CH BF attys getting it done at the office today (nevermind the tube mods in the background). The CH modified Lancia is doing work regulated style this morning.
