Derringers you say? How's this CAM slammed with two 27 ga kanthal A1 2.0mm ID look?

I'll answer that - bad ayuss. Just re-built it and it is a very smooth vape at .45 ohms wicked with KGD and sucking copious thick clouds of 10mg 95% VG nic base vapor thru it like a straw :)

Finally got my REO going and my BF DNA 40 custom arrived today, been busy as hell lately...hopefully tomorrow I'll have time to tweak the build in the Marquis and Hellboy. Fairly new at building anything but standard coils, after watching a few of Russ' video's (SX_Drifter) I believe I'll have it down pat on these drippers.

The flavor is phenomenal. Can't say how much I appreciate all the help I've received in this thread.....:)

Thank you bro :). Ima gonna make one on the REM atty too when I get it (or shortly thereafter) even if I fail miserably. In that case I likely cuss a lot. I might build it using Rufus Durdens voice :)

managed it with twisted 30awg

not a fan of the attie, not your fault, just not my thing. back to my derringers
Try a lower resistance build. Anything above .35 or 32 watts will be a cold and blah vape. Give,r the onions and she will amaze you.

Just a heads up: Derringers and Remms are still available.

Still looking for a REMatty slam cap. I can't use it the way it is. Metal drip tip/top gets too hot even on medium builds. I really don't know what they were thinking. It's too small for monster builds that would work with wide open airflow, but the tip gets too hot if you close it down even a little. I don't think I've ever been this frustrated with an authentic atty before. Usually it's a issue due to the quality of a clone, but this one is all about the design.

It's probably just an incompatibility of the design and the type of vape I like. I'm just not it's target kind of vaper.

how are people with the marquis clone fixing the positive capture that doesn't capture?

i have a single coil in it atm, not a big fan of the vape, but having paid $45 i'm determined to get duals working on it

Is yours one that doesn't have the flange screw ?
Read some people say they were going to buy a flange screw or use a washer.
Maybe thread the screw in a bit then twist the wire around it and out and use one of the prongs to hold it in place.
I got the flange screw and put the screw in then wire between the prongs wrap around screw then out.

The vaporlair started selling a nolli designs drip tip that supposedly fits the REM perfectly. Mine should arrive today. I'll post an update once I try it.

Never had an issue with it. I go half way across the crown and double back on each coil. Never an issue. I have experimented with different hardware and I found Allen hex cap screws work well. M2 x 5mm work well

I didnt get the flanged screw either. Ive had a hell of a time getting duals wrapped without it. Looks like most clones dont have them. I think there is one at FT with the flange however.

I found these. Will these work?
