Are more hits per squonk important? Squonking is so natural, I pretty much do it every hit
Edit: Also, the cyclone drains so well there's no possible leak, unlike any of the 22mm attys, I can vape it lying down
That's another reason I love the quasar, because it doesn't have those deep wells it just saturates the wicks and that's it, no spillage, I an recovering from a broken neck so i vape laying down a lot, but the same goes, to afc extent, for being pocketable. I'm telling you guys, quasar is way great, but like you said, it's not that cool. Just my two cents.

It looks like my new Supplier in the Philippines has struck gold! I will have Reactors and Divos in stock very soon. I just need to sell the Current batch of Cyclone AFC's. I need the Capital to pay for the Divo/reactor order, I really don't want to do pre-sales on attys that I don't have in hand but I might have to...

The Faster the Cyclones go the faster the Divo/Reactors come.... If you know anybody that needs one I would be grateful.. As far as I'm aware I am the cheapest guy in town plus I include the best part of the new deck(screws) without the worst parts (flat deck, crap center pin).

Just to sweeten the pie: from now through Sunday I will drop to $100 and include free first class shipping if you use PP F&F
This applies to the VA Cyclone/AFC CH modded for bottom fed in SS only.

BTW: can anyone point me to some good info on coiling & wicking on the magma & cyclone for BF... never squonked before... like flavor ... hate leaks in pockets

Coil is the same as normal.
Wicking you want enough extra to hold the e-liquid, but not enough to block the squonk hole(s) for ingress/egress.

If a Cyclone is leaking you either have serious problems or over squonked and it didn't drain.

Some great info on Super_X's YouTube channel.

Excellent example on a Cyclone courtesy of Rossum:
NB: this is wicked with rayon/cellucotton/cellulose, same as mine

That pic is a few months old. I'm running somewhat less tail on the back side of my wick these days and taper it more. Unfortunately I'm not equipped to take a decent photo where I am at the moment.

My Cyclones with standard (no AFC) cap do not leak regardless of orientation or temperature/pressure changes. I haven't used the one AFC cap I own enough to say anything about leaks or seepage with it.

Actually I think the majority would agree that is twice the amount of wicking for BF... It shouldn't double back around the post. Too much juice in the wick in an atty that small will only pre-cook it prior to getting to the coil and result in flavor loss. IMO a very bad example...

THANKS GUYS! good info!
BTW: Does the CH cyclone come with a drip tip? If so what kind? I seem to recall that there is a special one you can get that looks realy sik specially made for it. Are those worth while to get?

Nope. No drip tip.

And I think you're referring to the cyclone fusion tip. You'll hafta buy that seperately. Looks better on the stock than the AFC tho.

Well it is cellulose wick, not cotton, so the e-liquid doesn't stay in one place very long.
Hence the need for the longer tail - we're moving liquid instead of soaking it up with t-shirt material.
I can draw on that setup to dry hit in ~5 seconds.

I also taper my tail a little bit now with rayon.

Please do post up your exemplary pictures and videos... there's always something new to learn :)

My bad jake!!! I personally have never tried rayon before. I have read up on it though and as far as needing more than cotton, from what I have read the wick only needs to be thicker than cotton, not longer. That must be one killer 5 second hit my friend... Either that or there's not as much liquid in it than you think there is. I personally use RxW. Been using it since late last year and have found it to be far superior to anything out there so far. I would've tried the rayon but chemicals used in the processing of it changed my mind from trying it. I see more people leaving it and going to KGD and Shiseido lately though. Here's a couple pics of some atty's I use... I might also point out I never said I was the authority on coils and wicking either. Not looking for a pissing contest here, just merely mentioning the obvious...
