When you say it won't fit a Classic Reo, and it's an LP Atty, what exactly does this mean? Does it fit an ordinary 510?

The regular reo has a catch cup that is raised. Anything with a base larger than 14.5mm (maybe?) Cannot reach the 510. LP reo is a low profile reo which has the 510 flush with the catch cup so you can use any atty diameter.

If you check out the photos on the reosmods.com web site you will find that the LP (Low Profile) is the one which can take any atty and due to the low profile will make contact on the 510.

In the classic REO the 510 connector can only make contact to atties, which are 14 mm or less in diameter to fit into the much deeper catch cup.
