I BELIEVE i was scammed out of a M401 PCC charger from electronic-cigz.com. Apparently my money was deducted from my card bt they deny recieving it. I WOULD beware of this company. Sorry, but i had to say what i really think.

You get a confirmation email saying "$$$ has been sent to electronic cigz". If you have that email, you SENT the money. Can't argue with that.
There is NO way Sean is scamming anyone !!
Gather your details (proof), email or phone Sean and get it resolved. Online transactions often suffer from blips, its the nature of the beast, but Sean will make it right in the end.

I've dealt with Sean numerous times now and always found him to be great. Get in touch with him and I'm sure this can get resolved.
Just sent them an email regarding my situation.. Even with Snail mail. I can't believe that it takes longer than 10 days for a package to move from Ontario to Tennessee.. I have placed orders from California that make it here in two days. I hope Sean will get this sorted soon. Been awaiting the PCC I ordered patiently but getting thin
Customs is usually the biggest delay in International orders. I've had orders from puresmoker take three weeks to get to me in Canada.
Understand, would not be getting nervous about this one had they included that in their shipping info that this may take weeks rather than 4 to 10 days

well it is frustrating as hell. I remember driving across the border when I was 18 to go hang out in Windsor, Toronto and Skiing at Blue Mtn... Now from what I am hearing I would have to have a passport and a visa.. What the hell.. Too bad they can't get that kind of security on our border with Mexico... Guess I wasn't aware that Canada and the U.S. had become a threat to one another lol

Too bad you can't change the title of this thread. People that don't read it through won't realize that it was resolved and might avoid the company. It would be unfortunate for them to get a bad rep.
I agree. I am not the OP. Though shipping did take a lot longer than expected though problem was not on their end. apparently Canada and the U.S. have hostilities these days lol. Seriously J/K. it just surprised me when I have gotten items shipped directly from Russia faster than a package from Ontario. Again not the suppliers fault by any means. I got a prompt reply via email when I questioned where my order was. I will probably go with these guys for my future 401 type purchases and just expect the wait. I did order some stuff from another company that apparently doesnt ship your items until you do email them wondering where your package is after a week. I don't think I will be ordering from them again (rocky mtn vapor)
