I have seen some pretty hardcore vapers that speak highly of ikenvape so when I was shopping I wanted a good experience. They have the some of the lowest prices on the web and have really great products. Business with them was awesome and I'll explain how awesome it went below.
So here's exactly how it went from the time it took me to get the order.
Order placed.
Recieved tracking number 2 hours later.
Recieved package in 3 days.
Got one bad atomizer.
Emailed Issac of ikenvape. Explained to him it would be hard for me to ship the failed atomizer back. Went on a little rant about how I am not a liar and I wouldnt lie about a $7 atomizer and how pathetic that actually is and for the people who are lieing to vendors about not recieveing products and lieing about if something is broken or not then you are pathetic and ruining it for the rest of us honest people. I told him my ecf screen name. Which maybe he knew and he took my word for it.
Got an email back from Issac of ikenvape saying he would take my word for it.
Replacement atomizer is on it's way.
One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I really felt that he cared for me as a customer and his professionalism is good and rare these days.
Now for the rant.
People out there you know who you are if you are reading this and have lied to a vendor for a measly $7 atomizer or $50 worth of supplies you should be honest. It pays in the long run a lie will always come back to bite you in the
. You liars if you are a liar and reading this you are ruining it for the rest of us. You are also making the honest buyer look stupid when he does have an actual problem and is being honest about his actions. No matter who you are if you are lieing to vendors and scamming people you should feel ashamed. I can't begin how you can scam these small companies who arent rich people by any means you are taking and stealing from them. Stealing and lieing are bad things. Own up to your actions and do the right thing. Stop stealing from these vendors that are doing an awesome job.
