ce-2 v4 XL bad flavor....

Hey all i am a new user and have been browsing the site for a while now, and i would like to thank all who contribute to the site!! ... I currently use 510 batteries and have just recently bought some of these xl carts from awesome vapors.... First off these cartos are awesome, i have 2 that have Liquidxpress berry tobacco and cool rush..and they taste great and last forever. Currently i have tried my 2 other flavors i have Taboo and Carnilla Capucinno...and i dunno why but they taste like crap!! they get good vapor but that is it...can anyone help me on this?? are they just bad cartomizers or am i doing something wrong??

With CE2's first thing you should do after opening the package and popping the cap and ring off is give a couple quick dry burns, that'll burn off any small ammounts of primer that maybe on it. Some people take it further and clean them before first using them but the quick dry burn usually does the trick for me.

Have you tried those 2 flavors in anything else? Could be crappy flavors. If its not the juice then dissassemble and clean those carto's I like to let them soak overnight with vodka.

I read on a store forum that some of the CE2 r4's have primer in them (which taste bad). So it's not just you. Do what the person above said.

alright i will try the dry-burn with the last one and drip the 2 flavors see if the juice is bad....what is the shelf life on e-juice anyways?.. and is there anyway to salvage the juice i have already put in the cartomizers before i clean em cuz i put 1.5ml in them and thats a huge waste of liquid....i was also thinking since im using VG...could it not be wicking like it should? maybe a ptb mod would be better...Sorry i ask alot of questions but just going through all my options and trying to troubleshoot

You should be able to suck most of it back out using the syringe, as dormouse said its possible it had a fair amount of primer in it already so I wouldn't shoot the juice back into the original container find something else to put it in untill you confirm its not contaminated with primer juice. Stored in a cool dark place most juices should keep for a year plus. If I'm chain vaping taste might go off when I know i still have juice in there so I'll hold it upside down to make sure the upper wick gets soaked.
