CE R4 Needle gauge?

Ok, I searched around and couldn't find a quick answer. I bought 10 CE R4's and tried inserting the plastic needle tip that came with it. Bent it all to < expletive >. So what needle gauge should I get to fill it?

I did take one apart and tried dripping to fill it. What a mess that was, but once it was filled it worked like a champ, even though I've read that many people mod it. Mine worked great. Now I just need to fill it.

#20-22 gauge i believe

I just take the filler ring out and use a 16 gauge to fill them. It fits right between the cup and the side of the carto.

22 gauge works for me.

Been using a 20 gage, the 18 seemed too big and the 22 didn't pass the juice to well.
