I ordered some steel ce2's for my map tank a few weeks ago and noticed right away, when I cut them, that the wick material seemed different (Not the fat wick, the smaller diameter bow tie stuff). It seems more "string" like, Can't explain it any better, sorry. Is not "fiberglass" stringy, like the last batch. Anyway, this new material does not wick for shi* and tastes burned right away...Anyone else noticed this? I think I may have ordered them from ecigexpress...Should I just get them from Good Prophets as they have the fat wick version?

Sounds like the older ce2 r4 carts. The ce2 r5 carts have the thicker wicking.
