CE2 - Rev 4s giving a dry taste/hit

I recently refilled one of my clearos and noticed it no longer is wicking as well. Despite being 3/4 full it keeps hitting very dry and giving me a burnt taste. Only when it sits for a while does it give a vape with the proper flavor and at that point I only get 1-2 decent hits before it tastes dry. What's going on here? Do I junk the clearo or can it be fixed? I've found the CE2 R4s to be very good until I encountered this issue.

Try Tilting the battery end of your PV up slightly so the e-liquid pools around the Ceramic Cup.

If that doesn't work, your can Clean and "Dry Burn" a CE2.
