I popped mine in the ultrasonic cleaner with warm water. The wick was white as snow, then did a dry burn and rinse. Worked really well.

Which Ultra Sonic Cleaner do you have?

I have been wanting to get one but can seem to find one with good reviews.

I got this one, the smaller one of the 2:

Chicago Electric Ultrasonic Cleaner - Harbor Freight Tools

Except I got it on ebay for a bit cheaper. :)

Thanks Queenie, I'll check it out.

I have CE2s in homemade tanks (Cheapo Gummy Tank) and found my all day vape awhile ago with DIY peppermint. This is a clear e-liquid and doesn't have a lot of gunk build up. I generally do a warm water rinse and dry burn once a week..or two. I have CE2s that I've been using for a couple of months and they're still going strong. So, depending on your e-liquid(s) used, I'd start with a water rinse and dry burn; and if this doesn't work, try the more intense cleanings suggested.

Just an FYI:

SS CE2s at Vapor Junction, nhaler, Clouds of Vapor (XL only). These found after a quick survey. I may have to get a pack or two of these. Picked up a couple of the SmokTech tanks and the newer(est?) CE2s with the translucent tubing won't fit although the older clearos do.

Good to Know.

I wasn't sure if the Plastic Tubes fit all Tanks. They arn't that much Bigger but they are Bigger.

Merry Cristmas TomCatt.
