If I was wanting to get an e-pipe that would be able to be adapted to use CE2 510 Cartos what should I be looking for. I have the 2.8/3.0 510XL cartos (about 80 or so left now).

I started using some fruit type flavours recently. These are either no nic or low nic juices and I find I don't really have the need to do a full drawback to get the flavour and enjoyment. Quite the opposite really. A couple I have taste great on the way in and out but I lose a lot of taste if fully drawn in. I don't know if I'm making this clear, but it is what it is.

I've basically been vaping these flavours 'pipe style' and I thought why not go the whole hog, so to speak. Also thought it would be pretty cool looking as well.

I saw in the pipe specific thread about the 'mini-pipe' being able to take a 301 to 901 adapter and using a 901 atty or cart. How does this relate to the 510 CE2's, if at all. Would a 301 to 510 adapter work too? Battery strength/voltage could be an issue I suppose as well. I just don't know.

That thread is about 12 months old now and there seems to be a few different e-pipes that call themselves "mini-pipes" so I'm not sure which one is which. All I am aware of (and even this may not be right) is that some e-pipes take an atomizer/cart/mouthpiece setup and I'm looking at making that a CE2 and flat tip setup. There's a DSE601, an XJ-588, AB608A etc etc.

Any insight would be appreciated. Maybe someone has tried this with older 510 cartos in the past.

If I find one to do the job - even halfway decent, its got to better than those stupid tankomizers I bought hehe. It could also give my kids something to buy me for Christmas if its not too expensive.

:vapor::confused:

Another ECF member kindly pointed me in the direction of e-pype mods, who have a range of hand made pipes that use the ego mega-atomizer/cartridge system, called the proto-pype.
proto-pype

Beautiful looking unit (quite expensive as well) which should also take the joye ego mega-cartomizer as well. This means it should be able to take an CE2 as well I assume.

Will be looking into this a bit more and see if it can be done. Will report again if thread not shut down.
