CE2's to put in a tank?

I 2 map tanks and one CE2 broke when I was trying to fill it. However that one was a mini map tank. Is there anywhere I can get pre-cut CE2 for a Mini Map tank?

I'm about ready to update the list, besides COV, if I'm not mistaken, the only other place to get pre-cut CE2's is Stormy's Vapor Cellar.
