CE3 Smokymizer Frustrations

I'm having trouble with the Ce3 Smokymizers lately. I can fill them without dripping juice everywhere but for some reason, juice collects at the top and I can't seem to figure out why. Ever 1/3 of a tank, there is a good 1mm layer of juice just pooled at the top. I have to take off the delrin cap and clean it out with tissue lest I get a splurt of juice. Can anyone help me? >.<;;

Just part of using this one.
The manufacture says it's condensation and to just shake it out.

I notice thicker juice like all VG tens to ride the air tube. Sometimes into the cup on a harder draw. thinner juices seem to be able to fall back into the coil cup.

I suck it out with a syringe and use it for dripping.
