I know Dennis Quaid vapes, but I hadn't seen these pictures before, probably because they are screen shots from a film called Movie 43, that one reviewer called, "The Citizen Kane of awful films." That is not an exaggeration.
It was a quick sequence and I thought he was chewing on a pen until I saw the vapor. It's a black cig-a-like with a silver cartridge that at first he puts in his mouth backwards. He then flips it around. I didn't get a shot of it, but the tip appeared to glow red. In the sequence he is playing himself, not a character who vapes.
