Rn 4081 Mod.jpg This was just one of those things that just happened! Found this cellphone battery one day on the ground, then my Rn4081 battery died one day so i made this not pretty but works very well 750mah 3.7 volts best of all it was free. Made one with a 510 atty works as good as my eGo.

Looks like an awesome mod Squeeze!!
How is it connected? Did you solder to the batt or? How do you charge it?
I was thinking about making one similar since cellphone batts have such a long life and I can get them so cheap (off-brand G1 batts have 5.2Ah and cost ~$6), but I didn't want to build a charger for it, or have to change it for the batt in my cell to charge it... I'm also not sure if they're protected (It's my understanding most phones have the protection built into the phone instead of the batt pack)...
Again, it may not be 'pretty', but ingenuity and functionality make it an awesome mod!

I was walking past a display of cell phone batteries last week and thought the same thing..
since I've started vaping, everything that could or does hold a battery is in danger of
becoming a mod and it shouldn't be hard to build a protection circuit onto it.
I don't think I've seen a cell phone mod yet, might have to give it a go
