Who doesn't like getting free stuff? We can't think of anyone. To applaud the ECF community's hard work to inform, educate, and unite on the subject of vaping, we're hosting our first giveaway to say "thank you" to the wonderful community here and to allow one lucky user to add to his or her collection. Whether you're a veteran vapor or just getting started, free is free, and we could all use more vape gear!

All you need to do to enter the drawing is write a short blurb describing (A) how long you've been off analogs; and (B) in what ways making the switch to vaping has affected your life positively. Conversations on this thread are welcome, but please only enter your details for the drawing once. One lucky winner will receive a kayfun Lite clone from our new stock, which will be on sale for everyone else soon at centralvapors.com!

Good luck, everybody!

to the ECF!!

Looks like chigal beat me to it, and posting this in the contest thread, too!! :)

I just celebrated 4 yrs. smoke-free on Aug. 13!! Got my starter kit on the 12th in 2010, and had my last cig that night...
The first person I ever saw with an ecig also did me the favor of giving me the URL to the ECF... and I give thanks for that every day!! Which is why I now carry some ECF cards with me every where I go... :D

I can now smell a cig a block away, and can't believe I reeked of that smoke for over 40 yrs.... Never thought I would be able to quit, because cigs were also a nervous habit for me due to the Panic/Anxiety I came down with about 15 yrs. ago, and I realize that I am still I nicotine addict, but now I feel that I am in charge, and control what I put in my body/lungs!!

Thanks for the Contest!!

It has been about 14 months since my last analog and can't believe how the time is flying by!! Remember how long two days felt when you were trying to quit before vaping???

I look and feel better, my doctor is happy with me, my car smells nice and I can play sports again! Thanks for the chance at the Kayfun and welcome to ECF!

(A) I have been off of analogs for 9 months, 23 days, and 19 hours :D

(B) Making the switch to vaping has affected my life positively in many ways... I can breath better, which means I can go out and shoot my vintage recurve bows more often! I can taste and smell things a lot better, which means food is more enjoyable than it used to be. Another positive way it has affected my life is that I have saved over $2,433 by not buying cigarettes anymore, and I've only spent $823 on vaping related expenses. Which means I have saved over $1,610!

Thanks for the opportunity, and welcome to ECF! I've been thinking very seriously about buying a Kayfun, so it would be awesome to win one :D

I have been cigarette free for roughly 7 months. Had a few cigarettes in the first couple of months and would call it social smoking more than addiction to them at that point. Have been using an ecig for almost a year and a half. I feel like I breathe better (no longer get a pain when I take a deep breath) and can do more vigorous activities before I get winded. Like now I can run 3 flights of stairs with a heavy toddler in my arms compared to slowly walking the same stairs with a baby version of the toddler. I am enjoying my cooking all over again like when I first learned to cook (although tasting the burnt soup has to be a down side! ) as flavors are more rich. My clothes no longer smell like they came out of an ash tray. my child loves to run up to me and smell what flavor im using and try to guess (most seem to be good or yucky to him though lol!). My sense of smell has gone into overdrive from its sensitive previous version. I can't walk past a bath and body works without getting a headache from sensory overload

I tried vaping 4 years ago..I spent a lot of money and it just didn't do the trick..I smoked even after a major heart attach. I finally bought an ego battery set-up and never smoked again and it's been 11/2 year now..I smoked for 44 years..thank goodness for vaping!!!!!..when I go to the doc I can now take a deep breathe!!!

Earlier this year I started vaping and immediately cut down on smoking dramatically. Soon after, I started to find myself going a day or two without smoking at all...only vaping. Next came a full week in May and I smoked only once more after that and realized I could really do it. That was it! My life after the smoking has been all about feeling like I turned the clock back 20 years. I am able to be out in my yard taking care of the lawn and landscaping without having to sit down every 10 minutes. I feel like a new man. TYTYTY for the contest and this thread...I enjoy reading these!

I got my Ego T and Evod Clearo on Sept 2. by the end of the week I was done with the analogs. I didn't even finish up the unopened pack I had left. Haven't had one since so it was a pretty easy transition. Since then I have enjoyed my sense of smell coming back and have felt much better as well. No I just need the wife to give the ok to vape inside lol..
