I personally believe the nic level is over rated. I don't think we're as addicted to nicotine as we are to something else in the cigs. From the first moment i started vaping i've been a chain vaper and got nic headaches but still craved a smoke... just not as often. Now i vape low nic and use a few drops of high nic now and then when i really crave a cig. Allows me to chain vape without headaches and helps somewhat with the cravings. Still, there's something missing and that's what i think we're truly addicted to. I think that by overdoing the nic levels while vaping will mainly lead to a truely strong addiction to nicotine and still not quell the old addiction which was really to something else.
Plus there's the way cigs spike the nic in the blood for a few minutes then fades away until we spike it again with another cig. I think my method better emulates this and why it may actually be counter productive to use high nic juices for long periods of time. By using low nics most of the time you still satify the boredom smoking, fiddle factor and security blanket aspects of smoking while allowing your nic blood levels to return to normal. The when you hit the high nic juices and get that spike you feel more satisfied than if you simply maintain a high nic blood level.
Another thing is that if you maintain a high nic blood level, as with any drug, you build up a resistance and it requires more and more to achieve the same effect. This always leads to your body requiring so much of the drug to achieve effect that it exceeds human tolerence levels and leads to OD or constant dissatifaction and withdraw. Once you're at that level you're screwed. So it would make sense to allow your blood levels to return to normal so you can achieve some kick when you actually need it. Anyway, that's my theory based on some facts about drugs and addictions.
