15 Days! Not a single puff! But am I vaping too much? When I'm at home or in the car I chain vape like crazy. I actually talk myself into putting it down after a bit just because I know I should. But am I making my addiction worse. I still crave analogs off and on but not going to give in. I've come too far!

I vape only 26mg. I have some 0mg and 12mg but for done reason it doesn't cut it. Maybe the flavors? At work I only take several puffs here and there but any where else I have to convince myself.

I've read all over the forums stating if you are getting to much nic, you'll know it but I haven't gotten a scare yet.

I used to smoke a pack to a pack and a half of Newports. Sometimes so bad that just one didn't cut it. Some times 2, 3, out even 4 back to back. So maybe my body is used to all the nic.

All I know is I feel 100% better since I only vape now. But am I still, am I doing more harm than good. vaping now fyi... :D

...if you get too much nic, you will know it...light headed, queasy, a general off feeling are symptoms of nic ovedose...keep in mind, there were more adicitive properties to the funkarettes than nicotine and those are probably what are causing the craves...unless you are vaping yourself ill, you are doing OK...for myself, I could hardly put the PV down over the first month or so...I finally "balanced" out and while I still chain vape, it is not as intense as before...at least I now put it down for a bit every now and then...sometimes..........

If it takes 26 mg to keep you from smoking, that's ok! Some would say that the ecig is not the "perfect" nic delivery system that a cigarette is and that is why you find yourself chain vaping. I do it too, many of us do. It keeps the level of nic in your body at a steady level so you don't crave a cigarette- sort of like wearing the patch. You will know you have too much nic if you start to get a headache and racing heart, maybe other symptoms I can't think of right now. It's never happened to me. Vape on!

Teeto it is a great place to visit and hear others experience, on a serious note from my above post from reading the threads one tends to chain vape as its new or taste good when starting out then they start to moderate.
As for me i hold my device more than any stinky when i used them before quitting em, i have gotten light headed and a queasy stomach feeling maybe twice early when i first started vaping and have since eased off to about 5-7 ml a day.
Started vaping in month of May and never touch another tobacco stick since then, do i miss them after nearly 40 years
Nope !
My device is like my wedding ring i practically wear it.

5-7 ml a day?! At 26?! I thought I was bad! I'm ok the ego-t(type b). I think they hold 2ml. I've only had to refill out once. I still have about a ml left. I thought anything more than 3ml a day was bad? did I read it wrong? I guess my problem is when I go through it quickly and not spread it out though. I assume that makes a difference?

Am I the only one who needs 24mg? I vape it all day w/o problems. Tried going to 18 and the pv was hanging out of my mouth like a binkie.

I vape 24 but I don't vape constantly, I don't really want to. When I have a nic craving, I take a few vapes and put it down. I don't think there's a right or wrong way. If you want to and enjoy chain vaping, vape low and vape a lot. Some people vape 6 mg and vape 8 ml, I vape 24 and probably vape 1.5 to 2 ml tops. Probably boils down to the same thing. I do vape 12 at night though. As long as you aren't smoking- that's all that counts.

Huffelpuff-I vape 24mg all day, every day, some really stressful days I bump it up to 36mg. Sure one day I'll step down and gradually work myself off nicotine completely, but hey I smoked for 15 years, if it takes another 15 years of vaping to get rid of the nic habit, I'm ok with that. I'll enjoy it the entire time, I'll feel better, live longer and be healthier while I'm at it.
