I've been fighting the urge myself. Going back and forth between my derringers and cyclone/era/hornet trying to decide if rhe smaller chamber is what I want.

I have a cyclone and cyclops and it takes the cake out of all my rda's. If you want to get the best flavor out of your liquids the the small chamber is the way to go.

I think my only hope is if I sit around wringing my hands over this until the Chalices sell out.
Yeah, that was easy on the first run of them; they sold out in like 3 minutes. I was a tad annoyed with that.

I wringing my hands whether I should order more. I'm kinda glad the opportunity exists this time. :)

Just build it like an RM2/cyclone, etc, and you are fine...bam
I've never had an RM2, but the Chalice has less room on the deck for wicking than the Cyclone does. On the Cyclone, I like to leave one tail a little long, but I trim it at an angle to thin it substantially.

What I keep wondering is what P.Busardo was thinking in with the wick-job he did in his review build. He pulled one leg of the wick under the coil and covered the feed hole with it. Really?

Was it any dumber than the day I built a coil and installed it on the wrong side of my RM2 (away from the air hole and the squonk hole and couldn't figure out why I kept coughing all day when I vaped on it?
Perhaps...I don't know what I was thinking. I built it between the posts... and way too much wick.

I was thinking the same thing when I seen it! Haha.. I'm like where's the air gona go? Gona toast that wick and coil.

I bought a Chalice III last week and it came in Friday. Used it all Friday evening and all day Saturday and I hate the thing. It made me go into backup mode and go buy another one today so it would have company. In addition to that I stumbled on to the REO Grand combo I've been crossing my fingers for, for quite sometime. SL/LP in Pink. Blemished, but mine. Dang little wallet wrecking Chalice hussy.

Well I got both the atties up and running. These little things are a dream to vape, the only snafu was getting use to the wire capture instead of threading the wire through holes, I messed up several coils before getting the feel for it. I was careful thanks to the heads up on wrapping the wire to the inside to keep from shorting. The metalic Blue LP is a stunner in person, why I waited so long for it is beyond me .
