Does anybody have any idea why Mark Bugs stopped making the Chalice? It seems to me that a high quality bottom feeding rba would be a consistent seller at just about any price.

I would assume bc of the trend for all things dual and having more room under the hood

My speculation is because they take allot of time to make and there is more money in wizards / wizards apprentices - the mods he's been making recently.

It also doesn't help that his chalice got cloned - the 1/2 price aero bf.

Yeah but I can't even find the aero for sale anywhere either!

Does the model with the air flow controller cap fit a Reo? I was under the impression it wouldn't fit.

It doesn't fit with the AFC cap on. You'd have to use the standard cap. I have both caps and the custom fit drip tip. It's really a nice little dripper setup. I just wish they would have done the bottom feed setup like the Chalice or the RM2.

Actually, it looks like you can get it: http://www.intaste.de

However, it seems that the air intake is through two holes in the 510 connection. I'm not sure how that would work out on a Reo. In fact, unless the air path and the juice path are separated, I'm not sure how that would work out period.

i know nothing about the aero or chalice, but i've been told that the vision eternity has the same issue and that the way to give it airflow on a Reo is simply to avoid screwing it down too tightly. maybe the aero rolls that way?

Many BF RBAs feed air and juice from holes on 510 attachment. They work well with REO athough there are peeps who prefer the air to come via cap hole. The several different RBAs I have that feed air from bottom are not unlike factory 510 attys and cartos as far as feeding juice and air. (Back in the "old" days any 510 atty or carto we ordered we assumed they worked for BF. Although I haven't purchased any factory attys/cartos for over a year I have seen several people make reference to non-BF factory attys/cartos.)

I just went and double checked the RBAs I have and used prior to getting RM2s. All listed fed juice and air from bottom without issues. They include A7, Mini A7, Surface, Killer, macARB, eBaron Spiral. I can't lay my hand on the Vision Eternity but it fed air and juice well as long as it wasn't squeezed into a Woodvil brass catchcup too tightly. If I am recalling correctly I think the VE did fit into Original Mini well but the atty is almost as tall as the Mini and looks pretty ridiculous to my eye.
