Does anyone know the size of the chalice screws? I'm getting an order together from McMaster-Carr for ERA replacement parts and thought I'd pick up some Chalice screws at the same time.

if you have an ERA try to put the screws from it in the chalice. i would bet pretty good money that they are the same size.

also i could use some o-rings for the ERA so i would also like to get in on this, i dont need 100 of them and i think thats the minimum

I sent an email to Mark Bugs to see if I can get the screw size from him.
as i said the ERA and the reomizer use the same size and theres a real good chance the chalice does as well
Right now I don't want to mess with my Chalice. It's vaping in the Nirvana zone and I don't want to interrupt it's good time. I've got a reomizer coming in this afternoon too, so when I'm ready to mess with the Chalice I'll try the screws from that and the ERA too. And I'll give it a few days to see if I get a reply back from the email I sent to the website. So it might be a while before I order but I'll definitely send you some O rings when I do.
you can probly tell by just looking at them. the ERA take a M2 or 2mm diameter 4mm long and .4 thread
next nearest size is 1mm or 3mm diameter and only is one thread available in that size. if they're different size it should be obvious to the naked eye

Hey, folks....I made a mistake about the screw size for the ERA and the REOmizer being the same. They are the same diameter, but they are NOT THE SAME length. The ERA screws are too long for the REOmizer. Sorry for the bad information. They screwed in, but they wouldn't screw down far enough for me to be able to screw the cap on all the way. So....had to take them out.
I just checked to see if the same screws would fit the Chalice, and they DON'T. The Chalice screws are smaller in diameter.
The screws for the ERA that are the right diameter (but too long) are from McMaster-Carr and they are as follows:
92015A091 Metric 18-8 Stainless Steel Cup Point Set Screw M2 Size, 4MM Long, 0.4MM Pitch, Pack of 25 $5.06
The screws for the REOmizer need to be the same diam. and pitch, but they need to be 2MM Long instead of 4MM. I really believe that would do it for the REOmizer.
I'm still searching for specs on the Chalice. I'll post if I come up with it, house mouse.

i've got 3 ERAs and 2 reomizers coming any day. i bought 50 screws for the ERA and i will see about grinding or cutting them down to fit the reomizer. should be pretty easy
Hey, guys.....I made a MISTAKE when I said the REOmizer screws and the ERA screws are the same. They are the same diameter and will screw in, BUT they are TOO LONG for the REOmizer. Sorry.

The message back from Mark Bugs regarding the screw size is that they are not a standard sized screw and are special made to fit the Chalice. He will help you get a replacement though if you need it. I imagine someone will stumble upon a screw eventually that will work and will be easier to obtain.
