CHALLENGE: Find a newbie ecig for under $30

Here are the rules:

It has to "look like a cigarette", so white, red LED, tan carts.

High or medium nic carts.

Can't be flat tip carts.

Has to be automatic battery.

Has to come with a WALL charger.

$30 or less including shipping.

Impossible? I'm thinking about one of the non-Joye auto 510s that are popping up everywhere. But that worries me for a newbie to ecigs.

If anybody has any other ideas, let me know. It doesn't have to be a starter kit, it can be put together, just one full ecig, some carts, and a wall charger.

The trouble with Deal Extreme is I think those are mostly those E-health and related brands that pretty much suck. I could order from a good China supplier like Heavens Gifts or Health Cabin except the shipping is so high.

The up side to the Deal Extreme is that the E-Health is a 401. You can get it cheap, and still get replacement parts easily.

Last march I bought 10 of them. Surprisingly, all came in working. I used them for back-ups mostly, but kept some for doing dirty jobs, and in places where they might get broken. They all held up pretty good. Since I now have a few other models, I traded them all for other stuff. All were still working.

I've heard from others about a lot of DOA's, so take it for what it's worth.

The Deal Extreme offer sounds good for someone who is not really sure about e-smoking. I'd like to buy my sister a starter kit, but I don't know if she'd be all that into it. So for $30-$60, it's not worth it. But for $15, maybe it is.

How is Deal Extreme in terms of replacing DOA product? Are they reputable?
