I did search. But did not find any answers.
Some body / medical related question.

I run a club a when I switched to e-cig most of my members switched too.

Here are some of the problems we had medical wise.

1. One guy suffered from loose motion.
He finally gave up on the e-cig and reverted to smoking making this the excuse.
What caused this ?.
Too much nic for his system. Or too little.

2. I suffered from and continue to suffer from constipation after starting e-cig.

Funny thing both of us are smoking the same juice same strength. 20 MG Pann Flavor.

3. This is not so much a problem but an observation.
I noticed that everything I secret from my body smells of the juice Im smoking.
So if Im on watermelon. Im sweating watermelon, Im pissing watermelon and ....ting watermelon you can smell it.
Anybody else notice this the link between the flavor and bodily secretions ?.

Have you ever considered quitting cigarettes could cause these same symptoms? Cigarettes contain over 2000 toxins. Stopping the usage of all that bad stuff causes your body to have symptoms. I quit smoking and started vaping over a year ago. I had a few things happen but I realized I just quit smoking and attributed those to that. Those symptoms went away. My health has vastly improved now. I can climb stairs without losing my breath now. I feel 100 times better. Smoking is horrible on the human body. Quitting smoking means your body needs time to adjust to not having all those bad toxins. Your body needs time to flush out all those years of chemicals we've been putting in it.

Good luck.

Precisely this ^^

Quitting tobacco cigarettes has been linked with digestive issues. When you quit tobacco there are many affects on the body and a lot of those affect or are directly in the gut. Try digestive enzymes and/or probiotics to get back onto a normal track faster than waiting for a re-level to happen on its own.

Yep you can smell better you taste better ,you need to drink more water when you vape .
Think of any drug addiction and look up the side affects of quitting . It will open up your eyes to just what you are going thru .

After 14 months off the smokes I feel so much better , don't get colds as much , heal faster , don't stink , and not giving money to the Sate for the right to be a drug addict (yet) they are working on it !!!

+1. I had to start taking pro-biotics and flax seed (fiber) to get back to normal after quitting the cigs.

Sounds like you both need to increase your water intake and probably add some juice as well. Havent you ever noticed when your sick and the dr puts you on a strong anti biotic that if you dont drink alot of water you smell it in your urine? And if you drink alcohol frequently theres another cause for dehydration. Also loose stools or constipation are signs of dehydration. Not to mention the effects of not smoking. Id recommend eating a little better and drinking more water and sports drinks. Some people are more sensitive than others and react differently to quitting and vaping. Im not trying to sound like a jerk or anything but this is just what happens to some people. Besides your smell and taste senses are probly stronger now than before and may even be able to smell the juice as you vape it.

Based on the tone of some of the replies I think you guys misunderstood what I was trying to say.
Im in no way trying to say e-cig is bad or that I have reverted to smoking.

This was my first attempt to stop smoking (After a heart attack). And Im very glad I did. Tons of benefits. From stronger erections to feeling fitter.
I dont have to read up about drugs in my younger days Ive been in and out of everything from mainlining morph to brown. Over 30 years clean now. So I know all to well first hand what cold turkey does to your digestive system. Im now close to 4 months smoke free so I can not accept the logic provided that its your body adjusting. That will take a month tops. My friend on the other hand your logic may apply to him as he only lasted 3 days on the e-cig.

The reason I asked this questions was because Im sure there is a solution to this. In my own case I found my constipation problem was reduced by vaping some of my DIY NETs. Id like to think cause it had some alkaloids of tobacco in it.

My friends case I feel it was either a case off too much nic or too little. Some guys who have tried DIY without Nic. Reported the runs.
They blamed the PG. But I feel it was the absence of Nic.

One more medical problem. Have you noticed a redness on the face, like a minor rash. On the nose and below the eyes. Im fair so its pretty obvious. I see it on most of the youtube videos. Guys doing strong nic. Im pretty sure its to do with the nic level.

People talk nic strength. But what they dont co-relate is how much and how your smoking it. i.e. I was ok with 40 MG in my 510 carto. But 24 MG in a RBA or iClear gives me an over dose.

Last point Id like to touch upon is how do you know when you are over doing the nic.
Unlike most people I do not get dizzy, no matter how much I take. My trigger is hiccups
First time I tried the lowest value 2 MG nic chewing guy I got them.
When I started vaping I also got them once when I sucked on a tank without a coil in it. and the liquid hit my mouth.
The other sign for me. Is my nose and cheeks get blood red.

I feel its critical that people on tanks and 20+ MG juice learn to spot the signs. Very little discussion about this topic.

Ps: I got off the phone with my friend. He says he has tried stopping in the past. Gone 2-3 days without a smoke and never had the Runs. But with the e-cig it was there from the next morning. So he isnt buying the its the body ejecting stuff.
I suspect it was the flavor. Or the nic strength. Either too much or too little. Im going to get him to try again this time with a mild safe flavor. At 24 Mg. He is a heavy smoker. Its a personal battle for me to see any many friends stop smoking at any cost.
My own problem I have a handle on. Just keep one tank with my pure net on Hand. If it gets too bad. Have a few puffs from that tank and all is fine. i.e. head straight for the loo.
Will take on board your advise on the water and flak seed.

What is TMI ?.
Ive increased my water intake that has helped. In quite a few area's.

Ive also discovered that Im allergic to PG from some vendors.
Switching to less PG and more VG has made a huge improvement for me.

Stomach problems reduced. Skin rash on the face totally gone.
And my friend has agreed to give vaping another shot. Gave him a high VG juice with mild flavors to try.

Good work on the stronger erections and the getting your group to make the transition to e-cigs!

When I went cold turkey (a few years ago) I suffered from being unable to get rid of body waste. I did read somewhere (no reference I am afraid) that smoking does give laxative effects, so that might explain why the difficulty arose. However, I have also heard (and experienced) that you can help matters by simply doing deep breathing.

As for the loose movements, a couple months ago I moved from protank style atomizer to a kayfun and initially kept the nicotine level the same. I am not sure whether it was because of nicotine OD or food poisoning, but the result was a display that would not have looked out of place in Willy Wonka's factory. So, your friend may have hit the nicotine too hard.

Well, look on the bright side: At least you're not pissing whole watermelons. That could be painful.
