Thank you both for the quick replies!

Your Welcome LindyLou.
Pretty sure you will be happy with the eGo. I switched from a 510 also and really like the extended battery life plus the other options you can do with it like running LR atties and the mega atomizers that take huge carts. Joye just came out with Cartomizers too for these one is a 510 and one is a huge size like the mega. Maybe it is me but i love having lots of options.

My wife and I have been using eGos for 4 or 5 months now. My only complaint is that the batteries aren't very reliable. We've fried about a dozen batteries. At $20 a pop, it adds up. We have yet to see a battery die a natural death - the electronics always burn out before the battery is used up. You need at least 2 or 3 spare batteries on-hand at all times. When they fix the batteries the eGo will be perfect.

No, I take that back. There is one more thing that needs to be fixed - the eGo needs a shutoff switch. It's way too easy to accidentally fire it in your pocket. Gives new meaning to "hot pockets".

All this being said, I'm still using an eGo. By the way, eGo, Tornado, and Riva are all basically the same with different branding.

Button cover for the battery prevents "hot pockets". Going through that many batteries is really unusual; is it an Ego knock-off?

Just unscrew the atomizer one turn from the battery and it won't matter if the button gets pushed.

I know but that cone thing makes it a pain to unscrew the atty. Wow - I'm really lazy ain't I? I like the button cover idea - think I'll order a few. But thanks for the advice.
