If the flavors don't conflict, I do it all the time - Ry4 on top of some vanilla, or tobacco on top of some Banana Bread. No problem, I kinda like getting something a little unique.
I'll wash it all out in hot water - rinsing under the plastic gaskets, etc - but you want it DRY - like at least overnight dry...

The only part that might retain some of the old flavor - since we're not "soaking in vodka" would be the wick. So you COULD, if you have a particularly strong flavor that won't just rinse out, just set that coil head aside, and use a different one for the new flavor. I've done that too.

I have changed liquids 3 times in the same evod just washing the tank with cold water and running cold water through the atty (be careful pouring water on the wicks, they are fragile, if you want to clean the wicks, just let the atty soak) with zero problems.

Dry plastic tanks with rolled up tissue through drip tip and pull out other end, use same for outside of tank.

Leave atty to dry for few hours or just do a few dry burns (at possible expense of wick) and then fill up and vape on.

I pull the atomizer head out of the ring that threads onto the battery for cleaning, but I never bother pulling the post off to expose the wicks and coil. Just run the three pieces of the Evod under hot water, wipe out most moisture with a pipe cleaner or paper towel, dab the wicks with paper towel to dry as much as possible, let it sit for a couple hours and reassemble. Just make sure to let the juice sit in the tank for a few minutes to soak into the wicks, and you still might get a couple slightly dry hits starting off fresh.

I do this every 4-5 tanks pretty regularly, but I normally don't worry about it between every juice change - like others have said I have Evods that I use for dark flavors like coffee and tobacco and wouldn't mind if they overlapped a bit, and others for fruity flavors that also mix well.

Typically, you leave that post on.. those little wicks are really delicate, and a pain to get in the right place. But sometimes, ya gotta get in there.

Getting it all back together is a challenge. First, get those wicks back in the right place. Second, make sure the post is completely seated. Then I'll give the coil a good one over to make sure that the wicks fill in the gaps. Gaps mean leaks.

the evod has such small wicks that they don't hold much liquid. if I REALLY want to change flavors and I don't have spare tanks, I just empty the tank and refill it with a different flavor.

usually within a quarter of the way down, I can't even taste the new flavor unless it's completely different and contrasting flavor ...
