Changing ohms?

Hey could somone help me my smok Xpro m80 is changing ohms. I just had a 0.55 ohm coil in here and it jumped up to 0.66 then 0.76 then it jumped all the way up to 1.01 and then back down to 0.66 and staying there I checked the wire it's not touching any metal or shorting anywhere but it's changing. I'm using 24gauge 6 wraps 3.0m on a mutaition x v4

You can expect a coil to jump around a bit on the first firing. If it continues to jump round, then you need to check the screws and make sure they are tight enough.

I find that my coils resistance change most frequently when the atty is flooded. All that juice adds to the resistance.

I know but it only jumps a tenth an ohm usually never as much as this

I'm 0.8 guy, but I've seen it jump to 1.8 when flooded. A few pulsed fires brings me back to 1ish until I can vape it back to normal.

You may also benefit from cleaning the 510 connections. Qtip and IPA.

True. I don't drink though so vodka isn't in the house. Here in shine country, a few fellas swear by Everclear and other, untaxed white liquors.

Check positive post contact screw make sure it's tight.
