Chantix Didn't Boost Number of Ex-smokers

Either they decided not to count the Chantix induced suicide victims as ex-smokers, or that thankfully there weren't enough of them to boost the numbers significantly.

Why would they not count the suicide victims as ex-smokers? They did quit and did not relapse. They probably also included them in the number of tobacco related deaths to help those numbers as well.

I just flat out can't believe the FDA allows them to continue selling chantix -- if that doesn't show that BP has literally paid off the FDA, I don't know what would. Possible side effects: suicide and homicide. I think there's quite enough of both without deliberately adding more!!!

some thing tells me when everything is said and done,
the suicides will be counted as an success.
