........When did coat lapels get so narrow? .......I'm so behind. :( Well, meet a budding politician.

Exactly right. Mr. Nudelman's goal is to become a White House spokesman. After he rids the world of tobacco and nicotine.

Folks, let's keep our eye on the ball here and not resort to tactics that we see all too often from the other side.

If you can't comment or discuss without being nasty, then I'd suggest you refrain from doing so.

Well, these people and this subject make me want to be nasty, very nasty. So I'll just be quiet now. :D

Sorry, Retired. We are angry.

And I don't really know how to avoid the unavoidable, in some situations, "drug talk." The unmentionable (here) substance is being discussed in the OC Register article quoted by me. This substance is already legal in several states (both for medical and recreational use) and the very subject of this discussion. Please advise...

He's not through with his education yet......in many things. Bet he learns a lot more once he leaves campus. :)

Right,

Anyway, I sent him an email sgapresident@chapman.edu and provided a few helpful links, including the Rolling Stone article, about the politics, safety and health benefits of vaping. I also wrote to the author of the OCR article: jchandler@ocregister.com

If you feel like contacting them also, please, please, do so.

Thanks.

Regardless of what some states have done, it's still not legal per federal law and it's not legal world wide. As this is a forum that deals with e-cigarettes on a global scale, the discussion of that "other stuff" will remain taboo on ECF.
Criticizing your government is not legal worldwide either.

I thought folks were just having some fun to break the tension (that he just happened to have caused).

So, what power does 'student gov' wield? ...

Very Little to No Power whatsoever.

How it Usually works is if the S.G. comes up with something the Deans/Presidents Office has been considering before hand, the SG is given the credit for the Idea.

If the SG comes up with something that the Deans/Presidents Office doesn't want, it is usually "Tabled" for later Consideration. And that Later is 2 Weeks from Never.

I can't say anything bad about it because moderators, but it seems clear from looking at him...
That's the fake smile of a salesman, or a politician in the making.

I have other words I'd use for that smile, but that would be against forum rules.
