Charger dead?

I've got a charger for my Riva and the light stays green. I've plugged in 3 separate batteries and have given everything an alcohol soak. My red light won't come on and the batteries I keep plugged in overnight but only get about 20 mins out of them. Should I get a new charger? Any reccomedations for a supplier to purchase from?

I have found that the battery chargers from China are very unreliable, so I always have spare chargers on hand - at least 2 or 3.

I'd contact the person you purchased it from. They may be able to give you some tips.

Might want to try a few different USB sources. I have the same problem with mine they wont go green unless i plug them in my Powered USB hub. The hub has just a tad bit higher voltage and they will go green and charge off of it.
