Charger doesn't work, need help please

I've emailed customer service twice and left three messages. No one has responded at all. I don't dislike my Bloog, and I don't want to have to send it all back and ask for a refund. I just want a charger that works. It didn't work right out of the box. I don't know what to do to get a new charger - pack it up and send it back? Just the charger? The whole kit? The instructions are vague on what to do if you want a replacement product or refund.

I was happy with the battery life. I used my Bloog daily for 4 days before the battery died. I'd just like to be able to charge it.

Hey, it's finally working! Or at least it looks like it is. The light is red. Maybe I willed it to be LOL.

I still think the thread on my battery and the charger aren't lining up correctly.
