Would it be safe to charge 18350's on this charger as well thanks...

Should be. If it will charge a 16340 a 18350 voltage is right and is longer. FYI the first two digits are the diameter in mm and the last there are the length in mm. The voltage on a 18350 is the same as a 18650.

There was a time when Trustfire flamer batteries were the ones to get and people were skeptical of IMRs Its a Ok charger if you have it on hand its good to use.
