I ordered 2 Mega 510 and I have a USB charger, the charger can be hooked up to a USB port or I can hook up an extrnal power supply. This might be a dumd question but does the switch have to be depressed for the 510 to be charging. It does make sense but want to ask.

I left it on charging all night but the light never turned to blue when it means it's charged.

No the switch does not have to be depressed. The battery should flash a couple times when you screw it in to let you know its charging. Typically the chargers have a red light that will flash green as its charging (this is on the charger itself) Gradually it will turn to a constant green. This indicates a full charge. Some of these chargers can be very finicky do not screw the batteries in to tightly. I find with mine it just needs to be lightly in until I see the red light flashing and then leave them alone. This is usually about 3/4 of the way on the charger. This is with the regular 510 wall mount charger actually, but I believe it functions the same with the usb charger. Hopefully I'm not making this more confusing for you :)

Disregard the post from the disgruntled whiner above.. Some people just thrive on negative attention. Madvapes is an excellent vendor with a confirmed track record of treating their customers very well. If there turns out to be a problem with a product then they have shown time and again they will do whatever they can to rectify it. I'm guessing that Geolog tried treating hoog and company about as well as he has behaved on this forum so far. With exactly the results he deserves.
