Problem with Sit and Go Mega passthrough

I bought this new from mad vapes. First thing, I charged it with the usb cable that came with it. It vaped great, I was very pleased. When the battery died, the first day I received it, I plugged it up to charge.
It will not recharge through the usb.

It will charge with a regular 510 charger. It defeats the purpose of having a passthrough, ya know.

madvapes offered to send out a replacement but I was out of town and wanted to check my other usb cables at home. I thought maybe the usb cord shorted out.

Anyone know how I can fix it? I don't mind trying as long as it's not too technical.

I have a regular sit and go, but I haven't experienced this problem. Does the red LED not come on at all through the usb?

Yes, the red light is on when the usb is plugged in.

You have the same issue I do with the usb passthru sit and go and ego type. The battery has to have a charge before it will work as a passthru. I tend to drain it dry when it is off the usb pt then have to charge it some before it will work again. Same problem with the ego one.

Hi folks, we have a terrifc support system that will provide a speedy response to rma requests, MadVapes :: Support Ticket System , log a ticket here and we;ll get you fixed up. Unfortunately the mega sit n go's had a mixed batch with good and bad pcb's. The manufacturer is working with us on these but we have stock to replace the bad ones and have a new shipment coming in..
