I have an AW IMR 18350 800 mAH that when metered shows 4.21 but will not show fully charged on the charger after hours of charging. This particular cell has always been slow to show full charge compared to my other cells. Is the cell going bad and should I chunk it? I'm using a TR-003P4 charger to charge the cell.
