Charging my 20700

Hi all. I just got Ijoy 20700 batteries and have a question. Most chargers charge to 4.2 v but the battery is 3.7 Peak is 4.2 If you could set the charger would it be better to set it for 3.7. They also say cut off is 2.5V but that seems a bit low. This is for settings in Escribe.

Battery is Ijoy 3000 Mah 30 A Black and Gold 20700

3.7 is average voltage. batteries are like little electricity balloons that have less pressure as they lose energy. 4.2-2.5 is normal.
