I just got several new Efest IMR batteries today (two 18350s and one 18650 - both the orange version 1). I was wondering if you're supposed to keep them in the charger overnight or anything to condition the batteries. I have gotten these types of batteries in the past but it's been a long time and I don't remember if I had to do anything like that when I first charged them. Any input would be very helpful. Thank you.

slightly off-topic but... the best time to REcharge your IMR batts is at 50% (3.7v). this helps preserve the overall lifetime of the cell. lithium batts prefer shallow charges. discharging down lower is not a problem per se but they do benefit from a shallow charge (at 3.7v or more). but if you do go down to say 3.0-3.2v, be sure to charge them relatively soon. discharged batts should be charged, and charged batts should be used (relatively quickly). as far as storing batts say for several weeks to months at a time, its best to leave them at 40% (3.6v).

this is true for your lithium vape cells as well as your lithium laptop, cell phone, and tablet batteries.
