i ordered 2 of the 306 attys and they leak very very easily. for me they are very difficult to get even one good vape because the burnt taste is absolutely awful. ive been trying this atty about 10 times by now, dripping couple drops every now n again...but im getting horrible burnt taste. if someone has gotten these to work, i would like to hear what the trick is. oh, and i did put this atty down on my table last night because i was so sick of the burnt taste...and this morning there was a huge puddle by the atty. (which means i wasnt running it dry).
anyway...help needed?
i couldnt get my atties to work, first time ive thrown away 2 atties without getting a single good hit out of them. what a waste.

Debridge your 306 atomizers IMMEDIATELY! Makes the flavor stand out a whole lot more, I imagine they're easier to clean this way, but the big improvement here is the air flow, it loosens it up just a bit, not too much, but just right. Time for an RY4 binge :vapor: If I was good at linking, I'd throw a vid about it up here, but search on Youtube, there's quite a few DB'ing videos.

Edit: If anyone on here hasn't tried a 306, do yourself a favor, spend the 5 bucks to try it, you get a comfy plastic drip tip included, and you can't find a deal like that anywhere else that I know of. You'll be spending about $6 just for the atty and between $3 and $4 just for the drip tip.

my atties were not "doa".

i do get vapor but everything tastes putrid, as if im running the voltage too high or something. ive tried to dial down
the voltage all the way to 3.3 but i still get the awful taste. first i thought it was primer but stubbornly i kept dripping and vaping in hopes it will go away. maybe there is a learning curve on this that i cant figure out. i just dont see why these atties would be so tricky to get going compared to other atties.

ive tried them off and on for a week and im yet to get a pleasant vape.

others might like these and i wont diss their pref, they just arent for me.

Sounds like PEBCAK lol - I also read your thread in Notcigs.. I think you just burned the wicks, remove them and they'll taste fine. Once you burn them they will never taste right, take them out or chuck the atties.

What i do with the 306's, right out of the box I just gently coat both sides of the atomizer bridge, throw one drop on top of the bridge, screw it on an ego battery and vape away. I could be wrong, but to me there's no primer on these, I get the same flavor the first minute that I do a week later. This is all if I don't yank the bridge off.

i bought one of the 510 atty's last month, but i've been nervous about trying it with my ego-t because i still don't quite get all of the ohms/watts/volts/whatevers. i generally just stick to buying batt/atty combos so that i don't have to think about it. i was trying to get an emergency use kind of thing, but if it's just going to fry right off the bat? can someone maybe suggest a batt that i can get for emergencies that won't kill the atty?

This is a quick little review on BWB's LR atomizers...

First off, I've bought LR attys from at least 15 different vendors. Some of them were absolute junk and the others (I thought at the time) were fantastic and lasted 3-4 months. I had never ordered attys from BWB before but being they came with a drip tip in each single I figured why not? I have to admit... BWB's 510 LR atomizers are easily the best ones available out there. Hands down.

No leaking from the bottom, a nice tight fit in to the PV (every have those attys that you have to screw a touch tighter every time you put them on? no problem with that here) and the interior of the atty has a nice little "shelf" that keeps liquid from pooling on the bottom and slipping out in to the threads and getting everywhere. It's a fantastic atty! I'm currently doing a death run on one of the LR attys (aka, not blowing it out or cleaning it and seeing how long it lasts with constant use) and I'm 26 days in and it hasn't lost a iota of vaping power... and we can all admit THAT is rare.

My only complaint is the drip tip is WAY too tight of a fit. You really have to jam it in the atty to get it on.

The drip tip being tight makes it not leak there and a good blow out nightly from the drip tip side works wonders for clean out as well as changing flavors. For filling just favor one side while dripping and it runs right in. It is all learning curves but I dont even realize im doing it anymore even when driving

I'm pretty new to cartomizers, been only using Don's dual coils for about a month. I was a former dripper onto a 306, but I just adore these cartomizers!!

One thing...I go through juice about twice the rate I used to with dripping. Is that normal? I don't flood very often, so I don't thing that's it. Anyway, it's certainly not going to make me give them up. So convenient! :)

Hey Kemo, Thats basically about it for dripping. You know when the flavor changes its time to add more drops. But generally 3 to 4 drops is about right. Ive been doing it now for almost 3 years and it really becomes like second nature and you dont even realize it. On the VV what atties are you gonna use LR or standard. I would use the LR cause of it being 3.2v unless you arent pushing more than 450 Mah on the battery. My perfect setup and what I use is a 3.7 v devise but I have 900 Mah batteries and when fully charges they are 4.1 v and I dont let them get down to far before I swap them out. Generally they are at about 3.6v when I swap but you get used to it and almost know when you are at that turning point and the flavor changes. But with a1.5 Ohm atty it puts out about 11 Watts at start and drops to about 8 Watts when changing Bats. I find it the sweet spot and its what I test all liquids at. If you run it at 3.2 V with a LR 1.5 Ohm attie you will be pushing approximately 7 watts. I would actually up it to 3.7 and try it there.
